Q. Is the quality of the print going to crack and fade like Direct To Garment printed t-shirts?

A. No! the process is called sublimination printing. Sublimation is a printing technique that uses heat to transfer dye onto fabric which will not fade or crack and is soft to touch.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. We understand the importance of timely delivery. Here’s a breakdown of our delivery timeline:

1) Order Cutoff Time: 06:00 PM (EST)
2) Order Handling Time: 2-4 business day (Monday–Friday)
3) Total Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Rest assured, we work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can get your product without delay.

Q. Why is my shipping different when I order 2 different types of products compared to 2 products the same?

A. Shipping is calculated by product type eg. Mugs, T-shirts etc. We charge $6.50 per the 1st item of a product type eg.1 mug $6.50, 1 T-shirt $6.50 total shipping $13. After that $2.99 per item of any product price eg. 2 mugs $6.50+ $2.99 and/or 2 Shirts $6.50 + $2.99

Q. When I ordered one t-shirt and one mug I received 2 packages ?

A. That’s because mugs get created at a different location than other products you will get tracking numbers for each package.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. Toasted Styles currently ships within the continental United States, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Absolutely! Upon placing your order, you will receive an order number for reference. If, for any reason, you do not receive one within 24-48 hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
