The return and refund policy terms apply to all products on our website based on the conditions below. We will adjust and update the terms when deemed necessary and appropriate from time to time without prior notice.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
In case, you want to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours since your purchase.
Please provide us with an order number and the adjustment that you would like to make. We’ll review and send a confirmation once the changes have been made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your items are defective or damaged, or just because you think the items you received are bullshit – just tell us and we will give you 100% refund. You don’t even need to return that items to us (which will cost your money and time), just send us an email. Your happiness is very important to us!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Make a new one immediately (5 – 7 days) and send it to your address using DHL Express (which will take only 1 – 4 days). 100% Free. You don’t even need to pay any extra cost.
